SOL for medical bills???

The SOL for cali is 4 years for an open agreement, 2 years for an oral and 4 years for a written agreement

 which of these SOL is for a medical bill, in other words is the SOL for my medicla bill 4 years or 2? or is their no SOL for medical bills?

I believe most medical items are usually written......But im new still so maybe wait for more answers

I do believe medical is written b/c you sign for treatment/payment.

However, some medical bills(hospital) do not have SOL, you can be sued at any time for them.

it was not for a hospital, the services were for pathology lab work, does the 4 year written count? if so then they cant sue me right? DOFD was in 07/2001, CR says date for removal 4/2008
