Barry - what's up with SW alerts? It's been months of this. I for one have waited more than 15 days with absolutely no alert, then when I paid for a full pull, I get a score bump with no alerts from SW.
If SW is to notify you when something affects your score, then why when I pulled a new report I had a new score and didn't get a notice from SW?
This problem was identified as a bug by you I believe back in May and said that it was being worked on. To me it's the ONLY thing I can complain about (legitimately) in regards to SW. Otherwise I love the product. Unfortunately this bug is affecting the primary reason people buy the product in the first place.
