Same neg info shown twice on report....is that right?

Hello and I'm so glad to have found this forum and thank you all in advance!
I just pulled my free credit report from Equifax and under Negative Information heading, are 2  sub tabs--the first one, Negative accounts shows a paid medical collection for $75.00 under the name of the original creditor (hospital).  It shows it as a "Medical paid charge off". But then under the sub tab Collections is shown the same paid 75.00 but now under the name of the collection agency. It reports it as a "paid medical".  There was only one $75.00 debt yet it's reflecting as 2 Negatives on that report. Is that right??

Yes, the OC can report as well as the CA.  It stinks.  I have the same thing with one of my CCs
