No- it is the KY Higher ED Student Loan Corp/ AKA- the Student Loan People. It is the KY  gov. favorite for student loans in KY. Once you get approved for a loan you can get any bank or entity to write it- but here in KY it is everyone's first choice because it is so huge and has the best rates. Let me include the link.

In my experience, even if you send it CMRRR it does not mean they MUST respond, so it is a waste of time and money. A rule I learned here is be persistant. You may get that one CSR on that one day during that one hour in which everything works out. If you do not get a response within 30days, send it again. Also, try and find a way to contact them via e-mail AND phone. The times I spent getting my credit in order, I called, e-mailed and sent via snail mail any GW, RECON, PIF letter to make sure that atleast someone got a messege.
