Scorewatch sends you alerts any time there is a change in your report, based on the settings that you've established.  Some folks have reported multiple alerts due to multiple, somewhat conflicting settings.  I have my settings to send an alert any time my score goes above my current score, as well as any time there is any balance change on one of my accounts.
