Seeking advice on Credit Clean Up.

Here is what my credit file contains; any advice would be great:

I have added a $200 Target Store Card 3 days ago

Sent a GW to Unique National Collections / Denied

Sent GW to 1st Premier / Denied

Client Svs In / DV Sent 4/17

Credit Solutions / DV Sent 4/17

Pinnacle Fin / DV Sent 4/2 - No Reply Yet

IC System / Sent PFD 4/9 - No Reply Yet

I also sent a PFD on the At&t Collection, no reply as of yet from the CA, their 15 days is about up.

You should check the Statue of Limitations for the state that you live. One of your accounts show Delaware as a state listed. If indeed you are from Delaware, the statue of limitations is 3 years for both open accounts and written contracts. The collections listed past this expiration period needs to be removed. You need to make this request in writing. Should they harass you with phone calls, you can simply state "Collection has reached its statue of limitations" and polite end the call.

Medical Bills are junk.. I called and cussed and dv'd and all and then pfd'd and all got threaten by the ca.. And OMG its off of the report at least ex and eq..
Dont mess with the bull you'll get the horns....

The JJ Mac collection per experian will drop off in November of 2008, I'm just not sure if they will try to put it back on with a diff. CRA or something sneaky like that

This is my State Mississippi
Mississippi Statutes of Limitation

Contracts and Promissory Notes: 3 years (MCA 75-3-118, 75-2-725, and 15-1-49).

Open Accounts: 3 years from the date at which time the items on the account became due and payable,(MCA 15-1-29 & MCA 15-1-31).

Judgment liens on real estate: 7 years, but can be renewed by filing suit to renew judgment prior to expiration of 7th year, (MCA 15-1-47).

Deficiency claims: 1 year from sale of collateral, (MCA 15-1-23)

Enforcement of construction liens: 1 year from date lien is filed, (MCA 85- 7-141)

Written agreements: 4 years, calculated from the date of breach.

Oral agreements: 2 years.

The statute of limitation is stopped only if the debtor makes a payment on the account after the expiration of the applicable limitations period
