Sending GW letter

Should I send it CMRRR?

The only address I have for them is a PO Box, can you send a CMRRR to a PO Box? (I tried the usps website & didn't find an answer.

Thank you!

not sure it would make you look like a nut case.

But the CMRRR is something you use if you are trying to create a valid paper trail, ie. building a legal case.

A GW letter is a plea by you for the CA or OC to do you a favor.

The CMRRR is going to make you appear less like a person asking a great favor, and more like a person telling them to do something.

By all means send it, give it 5-6 weeks, no response or change on your CR, send another one, worded a little differently.

Persistance pays off here!

CMRRR is not required.. you can send CM non RRR though if you want to track it.
