Ok today I found out from the Experian Triple Advantage website that my score went from 522 to 565 because of some baddies falling off..However a CA wrote me a letter 2 days ago stating they have been authorized to offer me a settlement from a T-mobile acct which was 515 and they are asking half of that...
This acount is on just one of the CRA'S..should I take the offer and get in writing that this will be removed ?when I inquired if they would remove it and the person said they cannot only the OC..
any advice?
