They reported a collection account on my spouse's CR, OC was Socket.
Spouse signed up for free 6 months of socket and cancelled at the end. Apparently it didnt' get cancelled. Contacted Socket, they agreed to contact CA right away.
Then we sent CA an email regarding the account and the inquiry. They were VERY helpful in getting the inquiry removed. It didn't get removed right away so emailed them back 2 days ago and they emailed and said they would speak with their "regular" rep at EQ they deal with. Emailed this morning saying that they followed up with EQ this morning and EQ told them it was removed.
Updated spouse's CR and it is gone.
They were really really helpful and nice. Probably the best CA ever dealt with or heard or someone dealing with.
With all the bad CAs out there, thought I'd share a nice experience with one.
