Short Judgement Question.

When a judgement is passed and an apr... (say 7.5% per year until paid) is added to the original debt. Does this interest apply to attorney fees as well or is the interest only on the original debt?

Re: Short Judgement Question.

That's a good question.  Call the court (Clerk's office) and ask, because the laws may vary by state.  I would think that the interest is calculated only on the original debt, but anything's possible.  If you find out, let us know!
