Should I send Am-Eagle/MCCBG a DV?

I have an account showing up with EX that I never opened. I'm not sure if it's the OC or a CA that is reporting it, but it looks like American Eagle. I thought about sending a DV to them, but if it's the OC could that cause me any problems? It's showing up under my revolving accounts.

Since it has a zero balance, no lates, and has been opened for almost eight years, would it be better to just keep it on my CR since it helps my credit history? Is there any indication that this is a charged off account or does it look like an account that I just paid and didn't have any problems with?

Also, it's strange there is no DOLA or DOFD showing up. I have no idea when it will fall off, but since it was opened in 2000 I would think it's past the 7 years? Why isn't TU reporting either of these dates??
