Online they have 45 days to investigate. If it hasn't come back quickly perhaps that's working in your favor, it didn't for me. I do everything by mail now with CMMRR of course.

I do simple disputes online & others by fax.

Everyone has their likes and dislikes on how to go about disputing, but for me in my situation a re-aged account needed a strong paper trail. I'm truly thankful to Timothy and Lady Scarlett who told me to CMRR, because it created a stronger paper trail for me and my case, and it worked for me.
