I couldn't stand waiting anymore and bought another EQ fico report to see if chase removed the dup account they said they would. Well...they did. It's good I guess because it removed two lates, but my score remains unchanged. :/

I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed that they act swiftly on the GW letters I sent.

Don't feel bad. I had an $1186 collection from 2004 removed from my EX report yesterday. My FICO went up exactly 0 points.....at least it was removed via dispute and not payment.

Same here - got a collection account removed from all three - and a new TL. My FAKOs are up by 15-18 points. Nothing on FICO.

ARRRRG!
