My question is:

If i subscribe to myFico x3 where they give me all 3 reports and scores once a month do those count as HP on my credit report? lol

There are no silly questions, not to worry. No, you're checking your own credit so it's a soft pull only.

Similarly, if an existing creditor with whom you have credit pulls your report for an internal accunt review that is not based on your request for additional credit, that is a soft pull. 

However, if you request a CLI, they can (but it is discretionary on their part) code as hard.
