A lot of things happening in my life right now. What score increase or decrease can I expect?
1. I turned in a car lease 2 weeks ago. So far the payoff didn't hit my credit report.
2. I am in the process of refinancing my home. I am not ca$hing out just want to get out of an ARM. My rate drops from 10.5% to 6.125%. Savings of $240.00 a month.. 
3. I want to trade off my main vehicle for another used vehicle. Warrenty expired and it looks like I might have some major problems in the future. Time to get rid of it. Dealer is giving me enough trade to get me out of my current loan. I will have a new loan when all is said and done. I will hold off on buying a 2nd car for now. I would rather pay off credit card debt.
So what drops and increases can I expect with my score?
Anybody interested to hear updates?
