'Sm Pl?' Is anyone familiar with this abbreviation?

I have a credit inquiry from this company and I don't know who it is. I would like to dispute it but, because I don't know who it is, I don't know where to direct my issue.

It's from Sallie Mae Personal Loans. If I know anything, I know that. Smiley Wink
