I would definitely PFD the doctor, and DO NOT talk to the CA at all! Do not give CA any leverage they can use against you.
Many of us have been successful at having med collections removed by contacting doctor. Me included.
Take care of that as quick as you can. I consider a collection to be a fatal baddie.
