I sent a DV to Palisades, along with complaints to the BBB and AG. I checked all three CR and they have deleted their account. What is the probability it was returned to the OC? Can Palisades reinsert it on my CRs? It has not even been 2 weeks since I sent it out.
Well, I know that it can be reinserted but the CRA is supposed to let you know. The CA has never validated the debt so that may make a difference as far as they are concerned. I am sure another CA will get their grubby little hands on it.
