Something to pass along...

Collection Companies or any company that does not follow the letter of the law and violates consumer portection laws can be handled simply by continually pushing back.  I enjoy helping people with issues such as these by induating their offices with countless validation request faxes and written letters.  Its all about RESULTS.  The people have the power to fight back.  People should not be looking to avoid their obligations if they are true, but in any regard, make sure that YOU the consumer are treated right and fairly.  My consumer website is geared towards helping people in need in this area.  PUSH back when they try to walk on you and make them wish they had never tried to contact you.  Best to all in our credit repair endeavors.  :-)
