Statute of limitations question.

I just discovered the SOL in Colorado where i live is 6 years according to this website:
http://www.bankrate.com/brm/news/cc/20040116b2.asp#co

My question is, how does this affect the CRAs? Does that mean I can dispute things, like paid collections or late payment on closed trade lines, that are 6 years old instead of 7 as being past the SOL?

Re: Statute of limitations question.

It means that a creditor (CO or CA) can NOT sue after SOL is past.  CRTP has to due with CR and DOFD   7-7.5 years
