I got a creit monitoring alert this morning that I had a new inquiry on TU. I hadnt applied for anything recently.
So logged into Credit Secure to see what it was and there is a strange hard inquiry from Transunion.
Anyone have any idea what this inquiry could be?
I just got off the phone with Transunion and they told me they are aware of these strange inquiries as if Im not the only one who got it and they are investigating it but they have no further information they can provide at this time.
The CSR said " it may be a mistake but we are still investigating it and we will let you know the result of that investiagtion"
Anyone else had this inquiry show up on their report recently?
