Strange Inquiry

Has anybody recieves a credit inquiry from GEMB Po Box  276, Dayton Ohio? There is no phone number listing for this buisiness anywhere that I can find and I haven't applied for a credit card in a year. I had my name removed from that credit solicitation list too so I don't know where this credit inquiry came from. Thanks to anyone who can help me with this.

I think GEMB is an online store credit card.    They have dealings with SAM, Old Navy,  JC Penny etc.

I think it is GE Money bank... GE Card Services Attention: Application Processing OH3-4250 P.O. Box 8817 Dayton, Ohio 45482-9940 Fax to 1-800-333-3196 I believe they "own" cards like Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and others.

Also Gap, Home Source, Lowe's, Mervyn's, and they used to offer a GE credit card as well.
