Absolutely. I filed BK in Nov of 03 and didn't graduate from school until June of 05. All of which was financed through student loans, about $30,000 worth.
I think the only thing that precludes you from being able to get student loans are drug related crimes and felonies. Besides not paying back other student loans, that is.
