TC not letting me update...

Okay, but when it is working regularly, how can I update it? I didn't even see an option for updating on there.

I was able to get in this morning finally...

log in and click on your products at the top...

then select credit and then credit reports and then on the right side about 2/3 of the way down you will see "update report". Click on there and follow the prompts.
