TU AND EQ DELETED COLLECTION, EX VERIFIED... WTF??????

I am so pissed, TU and EQ both deleted a medical collection, that wasn't mine, but belong to my son's father. Ex says it's verified and will remain until 2012!!!!! What should my next step be?????

In my experience, EX automatically verifies everything 

Mine drops off next year, so I am just going to wait

I am not an expert but I think it is time to start going up the chain at Experian.  Explain your story using these phone and fax numbers courtesy of Noah-link below- (some of these numbers no longer work, so I would check them out first).  They are what I call a lazy credit reporting agency.  I think they themselves should be deleted from doing business.
