Anyone done an online dispute with TU (yes I know its reccommended to do writing only but this is a small derog that drops off in June anyway so I was lazy). Anyway, when I log in to check status, it shows that I printed the report on 2/1 but under all the columns about date of investigation, est completion date etc, it just shows N/A ? I dont want to call as I ve heard by calling to check status they act as if that is "additional info provided" which gives them more time to respond to the dispute. I also dont want to dispute again and have them call me frivolous!
So, if it shows that printed report thing in the investigation status does that mean they have rec'd the info even if all the other columns are N/A?
