Even if you didn't catch this on tape, start a collection log. Judges are said to like those a lot.

Remember, the standard of proof is a preponderance of evidence, not beyond a reasonable doubt. The judge just has to believe you more than he or she believes the other person.

No, I think the latter statement is correct. Everybody is in debt. It's too easy to get into debt, and it takes real work to stay on top of debt.
