Talked to FTC today...anyone having trouble with CA or CRA

The FTC doesn't take each complaint & work it. There are way to many. They take all complaints about any company like (Palisades) and put them together. The more complaints against a CRA or CA  the faster they file federal charges against them.

In some cases they do notify the company BUT the main reason to file against these CA & CRA is so that they can hit them with huge fines.The more complaints the better.

So if you know that a CA or the CRA  is doing what you believe is illegal FILE a complaint!
