The older it is, the less it hurts you.

It's true...the older something is, the less impact it has on you.  I just got a mortgage 90 late from Nov 2000 deleted (disputed not late) from my EQ and there was no score change.  Since it was going to be dropping off soon, I knew that there was little chance of an increase, but at least my CR looks a little better!

True regarding your score - but it does feel good not seeing a late anywhere on your report.

I just got a late payment dropped from my CR via dispute. My FAKO went up, but not my FICO. It's depressing.
