They verified with one CRA but not the other? Why is this?

I have a student loan that went to collections. I paid it in full with CA. on my CR, it shows the original student loan as sent to collections and not paid. I disputed with TU and EX. TU deleted it and EX said it was verified and is correct. Why is this?

also,  I went to dispute with EX again and they said I couldn't as this has already been resolved. What should I do?

I was paying student loan for a few years. Then I defaulted for about six months. went to collections. I paid remaining balance with collections.

called CA and they said to contact original creditor. OC said call CRA. CRA said call OC. what now?
