It probably means that Applied Card Bank is reporting to Equifax now.

I get those at odd times from EQ.  No idea what they mean

It has been reporting on EQ since it opened.  Actually it is on all 3, but only showing 1 30 day late from last year and not the on time reporting history.
 
What's up with that?
