Takunda, wanted to TY for you help thus far w/ the demon I will now call hereafter CSC- have been in a "dispute loop" w/ them since Saturday now- hope I can get something resolved.
Question- do you as web forum think we have a right to report them to someone- don't know who exactly- cuz they are so difficult, many people can't log on to their website to dispute and it bounces them straight back to CSC ea. time you deal w/ EQ?
Just wondering...getting tired of consumer's being pushed around by large corps. that rely on the user to correct all info instead of being responsible themselves... I know- no rant coming...just thinking out loud...
