Time Period on accounts

I looked under the forum which describes how long accounts will stay on the reprot. I ahve some questions. One, how long does foreclosure on a house stay on? Do coreclosure & collection accounts, I mean are they under public record?  ANYONE???

7 years.....forclosures show under public records.......collections 7 years from DOFD  do not show under PR

Foreclosures and collections stay on for 7 years. You can always try the GW route if paid. Public record info stays on for 10 yrs or more (pending paid gov't debt or not). If the foreclosure or collections didn't involve the courts, then 7.
