Well I talked to two OC one being cincular about paying off the debt that I owe. They agree to remove this account from my CR at all CA. There is a but, according to them they can have it removed within 90 days but it can take up to 220 days. In all the forums I have been in I never heard of such a thing. Mind you this was over a phone conversation and I'm thinking about calling them back and tell them I want this in writing and I want it removed with a compromise of 30 days, yes I said 30 days. Any feed back would be wonderful.
