I signed in TrueCredit for me and my DH a few days ago. I just checked my scores and TU jumped 35 points and when I checked the report all my accounts are deleted from 30 accounts there is only 1 old account listed. I tried to called them yesterday to verify why I was unable to dispute online and they said that they can not access my file and someone will call me. As of today nobody called and now my scores are higher. Does this happen to someone else???
