TransUnion won't give me online access?

Anyone else have the issue where TransUnion will not let you access your report online?  I even called both levels of customer service and neither could tell me why the bureau had blocked my ability to receive my credit report online (or dispute online).
 
I pulled the report just fine through MyFico-  but I'm beyond irritated that I can't get it from the company (have have to write a letter to process a dispute instead of using the webforms).
 
Any commiseration or feedback is most appreciated!

I don't have the 'answer', but certainly has seen strange access issues with TU.  Are you CURRENTLY disputing anything, either via TU or myFiCO?

Oddly enough, no- My last dispute with them was over a year ago and was resolved.

I had this happen to me too.....but my guess is that when something is in dispute- they will refuse access. After my dispute was finished- I was allowed access again. Don't know...weird things happen in the world of credit that no one understands....lol

I've had this problem too but I've never bothered to call or email cs.  I just order my reports through the phone.  TU gives me the most problems anyway out of the 3 CRs.  They don't have my current address right even though I keep sending them letters and proofs.

Let me get this straight. Did you try and pull your TU report directly from their web site? Are you also a subsciber to a credit monitoring service like TrueCredit?
Credit Profile - FICO 08 Scores (03-26-2015): EQ 814, EX 817, TU 822
All three scores were 850. Lost points for not having an open installment TL. So, BE WARNED!!!!!

I am also having similar problems. I subscribe to TrueCredit and recently disputed several accounts, but I get this whenever I go to Submit a Dispute, Check Dispute Status, or View Dispute Results:

Request investigation/change: Access denied

Error

Your access to the TransUnion Online Investigation Service has expired. If you believe that information contained in your TransUnion Personal Credit Report is inaccurate and would like to request investigation or change of information, please visit www.transunion.com to learn how to submit your request by mail or by phone.


Verrrry frustrating.

i had the same problem, they said i had to wait for them to mail me a verification code, then once i received that by mail, i could go to the website and enter the code and i was supposed to call customer service.  i got the code never bothered to do anything else with it nor did i ever call customer service.  i could get my report from myfico, but the problem was that it didn't list the names of the creditors, it would just give me 7577xjtjtj00 or something like that for most of the names, so it wasn't very helpful except for the fact that i atleast knew my transunion score.  i was able to pull my transunion report and fico score from the transunioncs.com through transunion website.  the one that wouldn't allow me access was the truecredit by transunion website. hope this helps!!

Wow, the same thing just happened to me. I had disputed exactly one item with them online and got the same message.

 

It's like getting barred from a casino for counting cards after just one hand.

My problem with TU has been that  I can log on, get my report every day (since I subrscribe) however, if I attempt to dispute anything it wont let me log into the dispute site. Just keeps saying this site encountered problems. Been like this for over a month. I finally gave up and disputed over the phone.
