Let me get this straight. Did you try and pull your TU report directly from their web site? Are you also a subsciber to a credit monitoring service like TrueCredit?
Anyone else have the issue where TransUnion will not let you access your report online? I even called both levels of customer service and neither could tell me why the bureau had blocked my ability to receive my credit report online (or dispute online).I pulled the report just fine through MyFico- but I'm beyond irritated that I can't get it from the company (have have to write a letter to process a dispute instead of using the webforms).Any commiseration or feedback is most appreciated!

Wow, the same thing just happened to me. I had disputed exactly one item with them online and got the same message.
It's like getting barred from a casino for counting cards after just one hand.

My problem with TU has been that I can log on, get my report every day (since I subrscribe) however, if I attempt to dispute anything it wont let me log into the dispute site. Just keeps saying this site encountered problems. Been like this for over a month. I finally gave up and disputed over the phone.
