Does anyone have a good contact at Transunion to send disputes to- other than the general po box? i need a name. I am having no luck sending general disputes. If anyone has luck with any particular person and wants to share the contact info i would be grateful!
I realize that, but i have talked to a specific person at both experian and equifax- names which i found on this forum- and it really helps the process along to have a name of someone to work with. Especially when faxing documentation, etc.
Several different Transunion people have told me they don't have extensions, so they can't transfer a call to a specific person. I don't believe them, but that's the story.
