Well it happened to me too. I wonder if it was because I signed up using the WalMart 11.26 link?

Re: TrueCredit Users' Accounts Terminated for "Excessive Use?"

I get an alert, but an not able to get on to the updated page.  For two weeks it says, sorry unable to obtain your credit history -- either change my information or contact cust. serv..  Well, i finally had the chance to call yesterday and they told me 'oh its down (after being put on hold for quite awhile) and for me to try back in half and hour'.   I said i have been 'keep trying' for the past two wks and same problem,   she then gave me another number to call and they could help me.  Sure couldnt get a straight answer.   Couldnt get thru on that number,  and problem as if 2 mins ago was the same !   ????

Re: TrueCredit Users' Accounts Terminated for "Excessive Use?"

Well, guess what, no I was not terminated from TC but they just charged my account and it was not for the amount as last month.  I was charged the full $14.95!  It was pd from my bank acct onthe 28th and I did not open my account until the 30th.  I have received email alerts from them in the past 2 days, and they are always the same, duplicate, etc.  They were suspose to credit my account last month for the Walmart website discount but I never received that either.  I do not know what is going on but I do believe there are eyes and ears everywhere around us.

Whatever the reason is doesn't matter, nobody did anything wrong! I think TU is lying to everyone and simply upgrading their systems.

Possibly inserting more disc space for inqs   Smiley Very Happy
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

I was poking around the TC site and found the page titled "Your Orders" in the "Your Account" section. https://www.truecredit.com/user/transactions.jsp?cb=offer5  I believe this page shows you the frequency of your pulls.  I've updated my reports 90 times in the last 7 months, an average of almost 13 times a month.

Maybe this information will help us determine how pulls are considered excessive.  What's your average?
