Trying to cancel my EQ CMS..........

been on the phone for 30 minutes now and on hold for 20...........

Somehow they think this is going to get me to change my mind. Yup, you've went from "Imay use you again in the future" to "HELL NO peace!"

I finally got it cancelled after an hour on the phone

Their CMS is as slow as their CS

I had that experience the first time i cancelled during a free trial.  That is why i used email this time and it was painless and fast.

OP, did they try to tell you that FICOs were worthless and that lenders only use their scores? Curious to see if they still feed that line.

Thanks for reminding me I need to cancel mine.  The service is just way to slow to be usefull.  I'll stick with USAA.
