USAA CMS --- Too easy to cancel

I was going to accept their half off offer, however my 90 second phone call went like this:

me: "I'm calling to cancel my service"

rep: "Can I get your SS# to locate your account?"

me: "Sure: ###-##-####"

rep: "Your acocunt has been canceled, you will recieve an email confirmation, have a nice day"

They're probably getting flooded with calls. I'm cancelling too.

Did mine, got a 50% off offer but declined.  Texted Wifey instructions for the same.  Phone rep was real nice, typical for USAA.
