I subscribe to USAA CMS and overall love the service. However, I've noticed at least a couple small differences on their CMS vs.what is on my actual CR. For example, I have 2 30 day lates fm June and oct 2007 on my EX report, but under EX on USAA CMS it only shows a 30 day late on this acct fm nov 2005. Has anyone else noticed discrepancies like this on their USAA CMS reports?

Funny you should ask. I just posted a similar question.
I have three legitimate dings on my straight-from-the-source free annual reports that I just pulled. Three student loans with lates.
I just joined USAA CMS, and all three of the CRs on that site just show ONE negative, a student loan.
I have to say, at this point I have zero confidence in this service.

I've also noticed that they only show a couple years worth of payment history under each account vs. the entire 7 years. Which also makes me wonder if the dings are factored in and just not shown in the 2 year window that they display.

Perhaps I am missing something also. The USAA CMS only shows 24 month account histories. Is there a way to show full histories?

Even if they're only SHOWING two years of history, my Sallie Mae and Nelnet loans that have 180 day lates on them should still be showing up in the "Potentially Negative" area of the USAA report, but they're not. Also, in the summary area of the USAA report, it shows that I have ONE 'delinquent' account.
I have no confidence in this service at this point.

i went on a crazy app spree that resulted in denials so i have free CRs up the wazoo. CMS is accurate although lates aren't my problem; COs are.
i saw that 2 baddies were removed from EQ before EQ sent me the "dispute is complete" email so i have faith in the TLs listed, balance, comments, etc.
