I also signed up yesterday, and all is well...however, does anyone have a direct link to the login screen. It seems a little tedious going to usaa.com then "searching" for it. I may be doing it wrong or I might just be limited as I am not a usaa member.
I just signed up and it gave me 9002 for ex and eq not enough positive information to generate score. but theres 4 installment loans showing

I think the service is great, I've had it since June and no complaints. The scores seem to closely follow my true FICO scores, which is kind of amazing to me, since I'm generally expecting a dramatic difference because of the systems used. I've received timely updates, when my Experian report recently changed. (Tried and tested with my most recent Chase/AMEX apps). I was notified within a few hours after application, which I didn't expect. Having the 3 reports also allows me to see which reports update the quickest. Which appears to be EX, EQ and TU (man, they take forever!) in that order. I think you'll be very satisfied with the results.
