I have the PIN - both their computer system & their phone system refuse to remove the freeze and refer me back to their mailing address.

I'll tried the phone number below, but since I don't have a "Report Number" they refer me back to the computer.

It doesn't work after weeks & several hours on the computer & that phone number. You will still be referd back to their mailing address even after entering all the information.
