Unable to get free Equifax report

Not sure if it's just me, but I am not able to receive a free copy of my Equifax credit report from AnnualCreditReport.com due to security questions that are not relevant to my account. When I choose the "None of the above" response, I get a message saying that they cannot verify me. I have tried to call Equifax, but they say that the problem is with AnnualCreditReport.com. Has anyone run into similar problem and how do I fix it? FYI, I have no problem getting my TransUnion and Experian credit reports.

Do you have a fraud alert on your EQ file?

How do I find out whether there is a fraud alert or not? I called Equifax and they comfirmed my account. Didn't mention anything odd.

You should be given the opportunity to mail in your id to the CB in question. IIRC, you print out a firm, complete and attach the documents. Your cr will be mailed shortly.
