Unifund reporting as a charge off!!!!!!!!!

Ok I am having problems with Unifund. first they were on my report as a installment account, opened 12/05 also showing I made thee payments then stopped paying FALSE. didnt even know who they were until I pulled my report. I disputed with cra they came back oc was citi. and left all info same all false .

I then dv unifund they are still reporting even though they signed dv. and today they are listing it as a charge off. Now what do I do??

any thoughts?

Always DV 1st and then dispute to the CRAs. I suggest you dispute with the CRAs as fraudulent account since you have sent the DV. Continued reporting is definitely a violation though.
