United Publishers/Magazine Solutions Help

Anybody heard of or been scammed by United Publishers/Magazine Solutions or the Read America Program.

I know they are being sued by the Federal Trad Commission in May 2007.

They get you to sign up for magazines, saying you get coupons, etc. that pay for the magazines.  Sounds good right? 

Bogus from the start!!!  If you try to cancel after you figure out their scam, they immediately do a charge-off for the full amount of the magazines they want you to buy!!!!

Any info would be greatly appreciated.  This is the last thing I need to totally clean up my report.

Dispute it  as not mine.....wait and see if it is deleted.    IF not send the OC letter   CMRRR

Thanks for the suggestion but I have already tried both of your ideas. 

Disputed with each CRA, they all came back as validated, and then as already investigated.

OC will not respond to anything other than to keep updating as c/o to my report.
