Unpaid Judgement

I have an unpaid judgement on my credit report that has been reporting since 2002.  I have disputed several times as "not mine" because the amounts on the judgement amount  differed from what was actually owed.  The account contuinued to come back verified. I basically did not follow up as I figured there is a judgement and it needs to be paid no matter what the amount says.  I called the court today and asked if they could give me more information about the judgment.  She does not see any information about it.  If they cannot verify to me, why is it they can continue to verify to the CRA?  Can I somehow use this information to have it removed from my CR?

Re: Unpaid Judgement

I would call the court back and ask them for documentation they don't have a judgement on you, then dispute with the letter your received from the court.
