If an acct is deleted due to unable to contact/verifiy information and response in a timely time frame leads up to the acct being deleted. The acct had been transfer/sold to Midland Mgmt who may still have record. Should the information being reported my Midland be deleted also? It list paid in Activity Description but list collection acct in current status, no closed date, LDOA 5/02, no DOFD and date of last payment 4/03.
Can someone help me with this if it can be removed or update to an improvement to my fico?
