There is no 'best' time to pull your reports without knowing what you are trying to achieve and even then it may not make much difference depending on the type of account you have. As for when creditors reports that varies quite a bit especially if you have credit cards which can report throughout the month if you several or more. Really no great answer to your question without knowing what all your accounts are on your reports.
