Utilization Payday

Today is the day!!!
I am paying down my CC's to break under the 10% utilization mark.
What is left is on zero % til March 08.

Can't wait to see my score in a month after the new balances post.

Re: Utilization Payday

Yes, you likely will see a score increase. Might not be astronomical, but definitely should be there. Sometimes it can take up to two months for it to fully crank through the reporting and compiling process.

Cool.  Keep it up.  Or rather, get that utilzation down  Smiley Happy

And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

Re: Utilization Payday

WTG Timothy!!  I paid down a few balances myself, but not to the 10% mark!!  I had to bring a couple of high balances down to 50% and in a couple of months I should see my scores rise some.  We shall see.

You are awesome!  Keep up the good work and report back.

Re: Utilization Payday

Thank you for all your kind words-

These are 2nd Payments all before my next statement(except 1). So I am hoping for results before the end of June.

All of them report statement balances- June 3, 19, 22nd, 25th,

CapOne is gonna CrapOne- first time in 6 years I will have zero balances with them.

My TU was at 482 in November it is 602 right before the pay down.
all but 1 of my collections drop off in July.

the DW's is next.
